This update improves the behavior of the zone timer during real outdoor riding.

Improvements:
• Zone timer no longer resets during short coasting.
• Timer is automatically frozen below 10 watts or below 20 rpm.
• The current zone remains active during short interruptions.
• A new zone is only activated after 6 seconds of stable power.
• Much smoother interval tracking during climbs, descents and traffic stops.

This provides a far more stable and realistic training experience, especially for interval sessions.
