This watch face uses OpenWeather so you must subscribe to Openweather "One Call by Call" subscription to gain access to Openweather 3.0. for API KEY

Open Connect IQ in your mobile phone,
 go to my device tab - My watch faces - 
select your watch face - Settings - 
Search for OpenWeather API key tab 
 and type your  API key - press save.
