Turn your workout into pints!

Earn Your Pint is a simple data field that converts calories burned during your activity into pints. As you exercise, the glass gradually fills. Complete a glass and your pint counter increases while the glass starts filling again.

How it works

154 calories = 1 pint unit
The glass shows your progress toward the next pint
The number shows how many complete pints you've earned
Uses calories recorded during the current activity

Add Earn Your Pint as a data field to a supported activity and start moving.

This app is intended as a fun visualization of exercise data. The pint calculation is based on approximately 154 kcal per 440 ml serving of stout and is not intended as nutritional or health advice.

To add Earn Your Pint as a data field on your Instinct, please try the following:

Hold MENU.
Select Activities & Apps.
Select the activity you want to customize.
Select the activity settings.
Select Data Screens.
Select a data screen to customize.
Select Layout and choose a layout with two data fields.
Select the second data field and change it to Connect IQ → Earn Your Pint.
You can also use Reorder to change the position of the data screen, or Add New if you want to create a separate data screen.

Earn Your Pint should then appear as the second data field when you start the activity.
