Main features:
1. Long press water drop icon to add liquid intakes. (Does not Sync with Garmin Hydration)
2. Time based Hydration level (Not sensor based)

▶ Additional notes

✚ Hydration variables do not sync with Garmin's internal hydration meter because Garmin does not give devs access to sync with the built-in hydration value. Therefore the 

✚ Time based Hydration (The % on Top right)  is designed to provide an incremental goal. Not* sensor data that reflects user's actual body hydration level. This is more of an easily achievable Hourly Hydration Quest that motivates users to drink liquids through out the day than a body hydration monitor.

✚ Intensity minutes:

Some Garmin devices may require you to reach or exceed 10 consecutive minutes to show any Intensity minutes. For more details: https://support.garmin.com/en-US/?faq=pNU9nnDzzGAHmEavp9rpY8

✚ Customization:

Go to Settings on the IQ app for the watch face.
Both Steps and Weekly Intensity min goals can be modified in the Connect App.

Users might experience some lag due to the amount of customizable complications
