Smokefree Days is a simple smoke-free timer right on your watch. Set your quit date and the app shows how long you have gone without a cigarette, how many cigarettes you have not smoked and how much money you have saved. No account, no phone and no internet needed.

Features
• Smoke-free time: one big, easy-to-read counter in days, hours and minutes.
• Glance preview in the app list: see your time without opening the app.
• Cigarettes not smoked: calculated from your cigarettes per day.
• Money saved: calculated from your pack price and pack size, in the currency you choose.
• Health timeline: 12 milestones of your body returning to normal, from your heart rate slowing after 20 minutes to cancer risks after 20 years. You see what you have reached and how long until the next one. Data comes from the CDC, the American Cancer Society and the NHS.
• Milestone alerts: your watch tells you about the next milestone even when the app is closed. No alerts at night.
• A slip without judgment: one confirmation and the counter starts again.
• Long text scrolls automatically, and the layout adapts to your watch screen.
