Shred is a Garmin Edge cycling data field with a bold, high-contrast dynamic color layout. A quick glance at the panel colors helps you recognize changes in speed, power, heart rate, cadence, and grade without studying every number.

How to get your KiezelPay purchase URL:
1. Open Connect IQ → My Device→ My Apps → Shred → Settings. Find `KPay Payment Website` and open the displayed `kzl.io/payment-code` address.

Available data:

Speed, Power, Heart Rate, Cadence, Distance, Timer, Grade, Elevation, Total Ascent, and Total Descent.

The primary panel can also show the maximum and average values for Speed, Power, Heart Rate, or Cadence.

Dynamic color behavior:

- Speed: changes according to current speed relative to average speed
- Power: changes by cycling power zone, using Garmin FTP when available or the configured FTP fallback
- Heart rate: changes by cycling heart-rate zone
- Cadence: changes by cadence range
- Grade: changes by climbing or descending intensity
- Other data: uses a stable neutral background

Recommended setup:

- Add Shred to a single-field, full-screen cycling data page
- Open the Connect IQ settings page to choose the primary metric and six supporting metrics
- Enter your FTP in settings if your Edge cannot provide FTP automatically

可选数据：

速度、功率、心率、踏频、距离、计时、坡度、海拔、累计爬升和累计下降。

当主数据区选择速度、功率、心率或踏频时，还会同步显示相应的最大值和平均值。

动态颜色说明：

- 速度：根据当前速度相对平均速度的状态变色
- 功率：根据骑行功率区间变色；设备支持时使用 Garmin FTP，否则使用设置中的 FTP
- 心率：根据骑行心率区间变色
- 踏频：根据踏频范围变色
- 坡度：根据爬坡或下坡强度变色
- 其他数据：使用稳定的中性背景

推荐设置：

- 将 Shred 添加到骑行活动的单字段全屏数据页
- 在 Connect IQ 设置页中选择主指标和 6 个辅助指标
- 如果 Edge 无法自动提供 FTP，请在设置中填写自己的 FTP
