Each gauge fills as you get closer to your best, turning every day into a new challenge.

Calories/Distance Profiles:
Top gauge: Your best daily burn or distance in the last 31 days—set the bar high!
Left gauge: Weekly legends—track your best week over the last 12.
Bottom gauge: Monthly milestones—see your top month from the past half-year.
Every 5 minutes, Modern Goals quietly records your stats, building a personal archive of achievement. After 180 days, the slate is wiped clean—giving you a fresh start and a new reason to push harder.

Heads up:
On your first day, the left and bottom gauges (and top for calories/distance) will show 100% fill—don’t worry, the magic starts once you’ve got a day’s worth of data.
