Axoglow is a playful Garmin watch face that turns your daily fitness progress into a virtual pet axolotl. As you work toward your goals - steps, floors climbed, or activity minutes - your axolotl wakes up, becomes more playful, and grows into a cheerful adult.

If all selected goals are currently met, Axoglow shows an extra happy axolotl with a glowing pearl or bubble toy. If you fall behind, the aquarium becomes messier and your axolotl looks tired until the next day gives you a fresh start.

Q: How are activity minutes calculated?
A: The app uses your weekly activity minutes goal from Garmin Connect and divides it by 7 for a daily target. If you're behind for the week, the target increases to help you catch up.

Q: How do the goal progress marks work?
A: They show your configured goals visually:
- 1 goal: tick marks form a single arc
- 2 goals: first goal left arc, second right
- 3 goals: first goal left arc, second right, and third on the bottom

Q: How does the axolotl grow?
A: Axoglow uses your selected goals to decide the lifecycle stage. If you choose more than one growth goal, the lowest-progress goal controls the stage.

Q: Why does it not become a full happy axolotl immediately when I hit a goal early?
A: The watch face uses time-of-day pacing. This keeps the progression steady and makes the axolotl feel like a day-long companion rather than a one-off badge.

Q: What happens if I miss my goals?
A: The aquarium becomes messy and the axolotl looks tired. The missed-goal state stays until the next daily reset, when a fresh sleepy axolotl begins the day.

A: Axoglow shows an extra happy axolotl with a glowing pearl or bubble toy.

Q: What can the ring indicator show?
A: Choose from Stress, Body Battery, Recovery Time, or Time-only. It changes colour to indicate value levels:
- Stress: changes at 50%, 70%, 90%
- Body Battery: changes at 50%, 30%, 10%
- Recovery Time: changes as time drops from 1 day to 1 hour to 1 minute
