Configure time alerts in fractions of a second.(25 meter swim time to get accurate pacing over long distance)
Data field will count down the time before alert.
Alert will vibrate and make a sound.
Configure time using Connect Phone App and opening Connect IQ Apps, Data Fields then Select data field to change settings.
Use Settings to set generic pace or set workout paces with format laps,pace laps,pace  e.g.  To do first 4 laps at 23.5 and then 4 laps at 22.5 then it would be 4,23.5 4,22.5
