Ruck Tracker is a Garmin app built specifically for rucking. Track your weighted ruck marches with accurate calorie calculations that account for your pack weight, body weight, terrain, and pace using the proven Pandolf equation. Pair it with the free companion web app at rucktrackers.com for charts, personal records, automatic Strava sync, and a private-by-default community feed.

  Sign in with Strava or Google to get:

  - Automatic Strava description sync. Your Pandolf calories, pack weight, weather, and terrain appended to every matching Strava activity                                                                              
  - Private-by-default community feed with configurable privacy zones that trim the start/end of public GPS

  Viewing Your Ruck Stats in Garmin Connect

  After completing a ruck, your full stats (Ruck Calories, Ruck Weight, Terrain Factor, Pack Bonus Calories,
  Avg/Max Power, and more) are saved to the activity. To see them in Garmin Connect:

  1. Open the activity in Garmin Connect (app or web)
  2. Scroll to the bottom of the activity summary
  3. Tap "Connect IQ Fields" or look for the RuckTracker data tile
  4. If not visible, tap the pencil/edit icon on the activity summary screen and enable Connect IQ Fields to  
  add it to your layout

  Once enabled, it stays on for all future activities.
