POWER EDGE MTB XC
Is a Zone based multi-field app for Climbing and Time Trial specialists, Performance and Racing. With an Estimated Power Calculation with 20 Variables Algorithm using GPS, Cadence and Speed sensor, Wind Speed and ir Density, Rolling Resistance and Air Drag Voefficients, when Power Meter is not present. It has a 10% Margin Error on Direct Power and  5% on AVG Power Tested with a Garmin Vector.

VERSIONS:
PowerBikeWind and PowerRunWind uses the POWER PRO WIND algorithm, manual input with PRO ALGORITHMS KJ, TSS, IF, VI and VO2 Max included.

PowerBikeField and PowerRunField uses the STANDARD POWER WIND algorithm without wind, with automatic input but with STANDARD ALGORITHMS HRM, CAD, GPS, TOD, LAP, HEADING, CALORIES.

PRO Versions PowerEdgePro, PowerWind Pro, PowerBikePro and PowerRunPro uses thes POWER PRO WIND algorithm with automatic input STANDARD AND PRO ALGORITHMS CADENCE PRO, VAM PRO, POWER PEDAL BALANCE, WIND, KJ, W´BAL, EF, TSS, VI, IF, VO2n

A Prioritizes Avg Speed and Power on screen.
L Prioritizes Lap Speed and Power on screen.
TT is Time Trial specialist version and has Speed and VAM Meters together with a media signal.
CL is CLimber Specialist  version and has Speed and VAM Meters separate.
TRK is the running TReKing version and has Speed and VAM Meters separate.
LRD Is the Long Running Road version and has Speed and VAM Meters together
WIND Has wind and heading compass graphics.

PowerBikeLT is designed to work as 2 data fields on same profile for memory optimization and has the basic fields: HRM, CAD, GPS, TOD, LAP, DISTANCE, ELAPSED TIME, ALTITUDE, TOTAL ASCENT.

STANDARD ALGORITHMS 
POWER: it is the direct POWER. It is measured when a POWER METER is detected with balance on dual Power Meters.
C POWER: it is the algorithm used for Calculated POWER when a power meter is not detected.
A POWER: it is the 30 seconds Average C POWER algorithm. You can also chose it on the settings.
AVG POWER: it is the Averaged C POWER algorithm since the begining to the first "STOP" in the session.
LAP POWER: it is the LAP C POWER algorithm since the beginning to the first "LAP" in the session.
MAX POWER: it is the Maximum POWER detected of the C POWER algorithm.
VAM Velocita Ascention Mediale is the vertical speed or Meter/Hr
NP POWER: it is the Normalized Power algorithm form POWER or C POWER. NP = Avg((30 second Power)^4)^0.25.
FTP: it is the Functional Threshold Power form POWER or C POWER
FTT: it is the FUNCTIONAL THRESHLOD TIME  form POWER or C POWER the time you spend over the FTP it has to be over 20 minutes for better results
VO2 MAX: it is the Maximal Oxygen consumption from POWER or C POWER VO2 Max = [(10.8 x W)/M] + 7 mL/(kg x min)

VI: it is Variability Index form POWER or C POWER VI = NP / P_avg
IF: it is the Intensity Factor form POWER or C POWER IF = NP / FTP
TSS: it is the Training Stress Score form POWER or C POWER TSS = (t * NP * IF) / (FTP * 36)
WORK: is Kilojoules form POWER or C POWER E(kJ) = P(W) × t(s) / 1000
EF: is the Efficiency Factor form POWER or C POWER EF = NP / HR avg
W´Bal FTP= W´Bal + (FTP-PWR)*((KJ-WORK)-W´Bal)/(KJ-WORK)
OPTIMAL CADENCE: CADENCE*(NP/FTP)
