Second Thought helps you pause before you buy, eat, quit, message, or act. Choose a category, decide now or wait 5, 10, 20, or 30 minutes. When the wait ends, the app asks once more.

Your decisions stay on your watch. History and 30-day statistics show how often waiting changed your mind. When available, a record can include on-device heart rate, stress, and Body Battery snapshots.
