An app that will make a decision for you. Tap the screen or press the right button to make a decision. When you make a decision it will vibrate you and tell you yes with a green background or no with a red background. Swipe up to increase the amount of options you want. Swipe down to decrease the amount of options. The number currently selected will show up at the bottom of your screen. If you do this then it will show a number 1 through whatever you have selected and the background color will be blue.
