• Seconds can be switched off

• Swap the data fields, choose from:
     - Battery, Steps, Altitude, Distance, Calories, Active Minutes (weekly / daily), Alarm Count, Do Not Disturb, AM/PM, Messages
     - Heart Rate - updates every minute or so when you look at your watch
     - Seconds (updates every second if your watch supports it otherwise it will come on for 10 seconds when you look at your watch, and revert to 00 on the minute changing)
     - Floors Up / Down, Solar %, Pulse Ox, Body Battery, Stress Level and Pressure - If your watch supports them
