Pick your GAMUT, hand and label colours through a 3-step picker — hue, tone, brightness — then see it applied LIVE on your actual face before committing (+700 colours). Love it, keep it. Not quite right, one tap sends you back — as many times as it takes.

AOD ALERTS → where data becomes relevant information
When a field crosses a threshold, it appears in the always-on display at the same screen position. Your eyes land where they need before the screen awakes. The colour does the rest: yellow for notice, orange for warning, red for act now. With 45 fields, there's no hunting — if it matters, it comes to you.

• Barometric altitude — your elevation from the watch altimeter
• UV index — sun strength, corrected for solar elevation and your altitude
• Wind — speed graded by the Beaufort scale, plus direction
• Humidity — relative humidity
• Apparent temperature — the real "feels-like"
• Rain probability — chance of precipitation
• Atmospheric pressure — barometric pressure in your chosen unit
• Weather icon — current sky at a glance
• Moon phase — tonight's illuminated fraction
• Sunrise & sunset — today's times for your location

Time & vitals
• HH:MM:SS — the clock
• Live heart rate — current bpm, colour-graded by zone
• Resting HR — your latest resting heart rate
• Body Battery — energy reserve, 0–100
• Stress — Garmin stress score, 0–100
• Respiratory rate — breaths per minute
• Training Status — Productive, Peaking, Maintaining, Recovery, Unproductive, Overreaching, Strained or Detraining

• VO2 max — aerobic fitness estimate (run or cycling)
• Recovery time — hours until you're fully recovered
• Training Effect — aerobic load of your last activity
• FTP — cycling Functional Threshold Power, in watts (needs power sensor)

• Move bar — how long since you last moved; fills green→red
