▶ Additional notes

✚ Hydration variables do not sync with Garmin's internal hydration meter because Garmin does not give devs access to sync with the built-in hydration value. Therefore the 

✚ Time based Hydration (The % on Top right)  is designed to provide an incremental goal. Not* sensor data that reflects user's actual body hydration level. This is more of an easily achievable Hourly Hydration Quest that motivates users to drink liquids through out the day than a body hydration monitor.

✚ Intensity minutes:

✚ Customization:

Go to Settings on the IQ app for the watch face.
Both Steps and Weekly Intensity min goals can be modified in the Connect App.
