Track your intermittent fasting window right from your wrist.
- See your current phase (fasting or eating window), a live countdown, and a progress bar at a glance.
- Quick presets: 16:8, 18:6, 20:4, OMAD (23:1) - or set any custom fasting/eating length that fits your routine (1-48h fasting, 1-12h eating window).
- Stop or start the timer whenever you need a break, independent of resetting your fast.
- Adjust start time: forgot to start the timer right after your last meal? Set the exact clock time (HH:MM) the current phase actually started, and the countdown recalculates from that moment.
- Background alerts: your watch vibrates and shows a message when a phase ends, even if the app isn't open.
- Hydration reminders: set a water goal (in ml) and how often you want to be reminded to drink (from every 15 minutes up to every 3 hours) - runs independently of your fasting schedule.

How to use:
- Tap the screen / press Select to show the next tip. Once a phase timer runs out, tap again to switch to the next phase (fasting - eating).
- Open the menu button (long-press UP on most watches) to access Settings.
- In Settings you can pick a preset or a custom protocol (each starts a fresh fast right now), turn the timer on/off, correct the start time if you forgot to start it on time, set your hydration goal and reminder interval, set a movement reminder, or restart your fast from now.
