### How It Works
Unlike basic trackers that only sum up what you drink, CaffeineIQ calculates two complementary metrics:
1. Total Consumed (mg): The raw sum of all caffeine you've logged today.
2. Active Level (mg): The physiological amount currently in your system — factoring in absorption time (45–60 min to peak) and your metabolic elimination rate (half-life).
