Plate Stack removes plate math from heavy sets. Pick the total barbell load on your watch and see the matching largest-first plate stack for one side. The other side is identical. Features: - metric gym, metric competition, imperial gym and imperial competition profiles; - exact 0.25-unit arithmetic with no floating-point rounding drift; - selectable 0, 10, 15, 20, 35 or 45 unit bar weight; - target loads up to 500 kg or 1000 lb; - automatic smallest load step for each profile; - fast 5, 10 and 20 unit adjustment modes; - compact total view and full per-side plate breakdown; - largest-first loading with repeated plate counts; - automatic local recovery of the last compatible target; - button, touch and swipe controls; - no account, ads, analytics, network, GPS, sensors or activity recording. Controls: UP/DOWN changes the target. MENU cycles the smallest, 5, 10 and 20 unit steps. START opens the full per-side breakdown. On touch watches, tap left/right or swipe down/up to change the target; swipe sideways to change the step. Plate Stack assumes unlimited matching pairs from the selected profile. It does not model your actual inventory, collars, specialty bars or asymmetric loading. Always verify the physical plates, bar rating, collars and safe setup before lifting.
