## HOW TO GET STARTED

**IMPORTANT:** Follow these steps EXACTLY:

### Step 1: Choose Your Sounds
1. Open **CalmMusic** on your watch
2. Select **"Manage Songs"** (Add/Remove)
3. **CHECK the boxes** next to sounds you want
4. Press **BACK button** when done

### Step 2: Charge Your Watch (REQUIRED!)
**CRITICAL - DON'T SKIP!**
1. **Place watch on charger**
2. Music **ONLY syncs while charging**
3. Keep phone nearby and connected
4. Wait 5-15 minutes
5. **Don't remove until sync finishes!**

### Step 3: Play Your Music
1. Remove watch from charger
2. Open **CalmMusic** again
3. Select **"Choose Songs"**
4. Optional: Set **"Sleep Timer"**
5. Press **"Start Playback"**

### TROUBLESHOOTING

**No songs available?** You forgot Step 2! Put watch back on charger and wait for sync.

**Songs won't sync?**
- Confirm watch is charging
- Check phone is nearby with Bluetooth on
- Wait at least 10 minutes
- Try fewer songs initially (2-3)

## Sleep Timer

**How it works:** Timer stops playback AFTER current song finishes - no jarring interruption!

**Options:** Off, 30 min, 1 hour, 1.5 hours, 2 hours, 3 hours, 4 hours

When timer expires, app waits for current song to finish, then stops gracefully. Set 30 minutes, might stop at 31-33 minutes depending on song length.
