GYM Power Pro turns your watch into a serious strength-training logbook. Log
every set right from your wrist — no phone needed at the bench.

WORKOUTS
• 7 ready-made programs: Full Body Starter, Push Day, Pull Day, Leg Day,
  5x5 Strength A, 5x5 Strength B and a 3-round Gym Circuit
• Quick Workout: pick any exercise and start lifting in seconds
• 60 exercises across 6 muscle groups — Chest, Back, Legs, Shoulders,
  Arms and Core; weighted, bodyweight and timed-hold movements

LOGGING THAT THINKS AHEAD
• The weight is prefilled from your last session — just adjust and lift
• Set counter with target reps, one press to log a set
• Rest timer with vibration when it's time to lift again (+/- 15 s on the fly)
