Stryd Power meter must be added as regular power meter to record power you must use Stryd's standard datafield as well.
Add your power zones to the settings page of the datafield.
Average Lap power with larger blue line
Add note to workout interval. powerzone={zoneNumber} e.g. powerzone=3 to highlight desired zone
Only works on full screen
Shows heartrate with changing color for zone.
Current power shown as number in the middle with color of current zone
Workout step type will display a Flame for warmup, Lightning bolt for active step, A water drop for rest or recovery, and a snowflake for cool down.
