FitJam on your wrist. Follow and control the workout you started in the FitJam app on your phone - without picking the phone up between sets.

On the watch:
- The current exercise, set X of Y, planned weight and reps, and the set type (warm-up, drop set, to failure).
- Finish a set with one press, then confirm or adjust the weight (kg or lbs) and reps you actually did.
- Rest timer with vibrations at 20 s, 10 s and 3-2-1. Skip the rest early and see what comes next.
- Timed exercises (plank and similar) with a 3-2-1 start countdown.
- Cardio: pick the machine, change its settings (speed, incline, level) and follow the timer.
- Warm-up, the list of all exercises in the workout, and a summary when you are done.
- Live heart rate, workout time and calories.
- Music controls for your phone (Android phones only).
- Timers keep running on the watch even when your phone screen is locked.

Saved to Garmin Connect: every workout longer than one minute is saved as a strength training activity, with a lap for each set, so you can see your heart rate per set. Your sets, weights and reps stay in FitJam.

What you need:
- The FitJam app on your iPhone or Android phone and a FitJam account (sign in on the phone, never on the watch).
- The Garmin Connect app on the same phone, with your watch paired.
- Start the workout in the FitJam phone app - the watch follows it. FitJam on the watch does not work on its own.

Good to know: the watch app is free. Some FitJam workouts and features need a FitJam subscription, which you can only buy in the FitJam phone app.

Permissions:
- Communications: to exchange workout messages with the FitJam app on your phone (through Garmin Connect). The watch makes no internet requests.
- Fit: to record your workout as an activity and save it to your Garmin Connect account.
- Sensor: to turn on the heart rate sensor during the workout.
FitJam does not use GPS or your location.

Your data: the watch sends the FitJam phone app only your set results (weight, reps, finish time) and what you tap (finish set, skip rest, cardio choice and settings). Heart rate and calories go only into the activity saved to your Garmin Connect account. Privacy policy: https://fitjam.app/privacy

Watch texts: English, Slovak, Czech, German, Polish and Russian. Exercise names come from the phone app in your language.
