What is it?
This watch face is a hybrid between a digital and analog watch face, where the hours are displayed in a a digital format as roman numerals or numbers (in 12-hour format) and the minutes are displayed in a analog format as a grey line/half circle that divides the screen, like minute hand. (the grey is always behind the minute hand, e.g. if it's on the left side of the screen, it's facing upwards and on the right side, downwards)

No problem at all, there is a setting to change the hour indicator from roman numerals to numbers.
