Cette application a été créé afin de calculer en temps réel le pourcentage de la VMA. (voir https://fr.wikipedia.org/wiki/Vitesse_maximale_aÃ©robie)
C'est un très bon indicateur pour les entrainements running court et haut intensité.
Une pour votre VMA entrée dans les paramètres, le champs affichera le pourcent de VMA.

This app has been created to be able to calculate in realtime the % of vVO2max (velocity at maximal oxygen uptake , or VMA in French). [see https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/VVO2max]
It's a real good indicator for running Intermitent Training.
Once you had configure the vVO2max in the parameter, the data field will display the % of the vVO2max.
