If you’re anything like me, you don’t check your heart rate that often, even though you’d like to.  This simple and clean watch face changes the color of the time depending on your heart rate. Now you don’t have to remember to check your heart rate, because you can easily see how fast your heart is beating based on the color of the WF!

Settings are a little tricky... Please read these instructions if you don't understand them.

1. Seconds Display: 
    a. Standard Display shows time in this format:  2:53:22
    b. Small Seconds shows small disconnected seconds in this format: 2:53 22
    c. No Seconds shows no seconds at all.  2:53
2. Dark Mode
    You can trigger Dark Mode several ways.
    a. Automatic -- Dark Mode turns ON at 8PM and turns OFF at 8AM
    b. Inverse Automatic -- Dark Mode turns ON at 8AM and turns OFF at 8PM
    c. Manual -- You can now trigger Dark Mode manually, whenever you want.  Continue on to settings 3.
3. Manual trigger
    If you don't want a schedule for Dark Mode, you're in the right place! First, make sure "Manual" is selected in the step above.
    a. Do Not Disturb -- You can have Do Not Disturb trigger Dark Mode.  Just turn on Do Not Disturb on your watch.
    b. 12-24 hour mode --  If you're someone who likes their watch on 12 hour mode, then switching to 24 hour mode with this setting on will turn on Dark Mode, and keep the watch in 12 hour mode.
    c. Settings Toggle -- Finally, you can use the fourth Settings option, the Settings Toggle, to turn Dark Mode on and off.
