Switch between two connection modes: blue buttons use Watch Key Bluetooth, while red buttons use an internet connection to communicate with your Tesla.

MODES:

• Watch Key communicates directly with your vehicle over Bluetooth. No phone or internet connection is required while using it. App must be open for Bluetooth features to work. (Can be purchased separately)

• Internet mode connects to your vehicle through Tesla Control's secure service, allowing you to check its status and send commands from anywhere.

• Companion adds complications to your watch face, keeping you up to date and letting you open the app with a one-second press.

CUSTOMIZATION

Personalize the app layout to suit your watch:

• Adjust the vehicle image size and position
• Adjust the button size and position
• Fine-tune the Main and More Menu layouts
• Change vehicle Model & Color

ADD COMPLICATIONS TO YOUR WATCH FACE

• Lock status
• Battery level
• Interior temperature
• Vehicle name

Data refreshes approximately every 30 minutes in the background and whenever Tesla Control is opened.

Note: Tesla Control does not include a watch face and its complications do not work with Garmin's default watch faces. You will need a free or paid custom watch face that supports Connect IQ complications.

HOW IT WORKS

1. Create an account at https://teslacontrol.net
2. Connect your Tesla account
3. Install the Tesla Virtual Key when prompted
4. Enter your pairing code directly on your Garmin watch
5. Purchase a plan

HOW WATCH KEY WORKS

1. Open Tesla Control on your watch
2. Open Settings - Bluetooth
3. Select Set Up Key
4. Sit inside your Tesla with your physical key card
5. Temporarily turn off Bluetooth on your phone
6. Follow the instructions shown on your watch
7. Tap your key card on the center console and confirm the request on the vehicle's screen

Once Key Ready appears, you can control your Tesla directly over Bluetooth.

HOW COMPANION WORKS

1. Go to your Garmin watch face settings
2. Choose a data field or complication slot
3. Select Tesla Control
4. Pick the Tesla metric you want to show, such as battery, lock status, climate, charging, or vehicle name
5. The companion app will keep your Tesla data updated in the background
6. Hold the complication to open the app with a one-second press.

If the complication shows old data, open Tesla Control Companion once to refresh the latest vehicle status.
