This app allows you:
- to have (power)naps or rests without falling into deep sleep
- to be notified during a relaxing activity when you have calmed down or you body battery has recharged, so that you are ready to be productive again
- measure the effectiveness of your massage (install the app on the watch of your spouse and promise that you will massage her/him till their body-battery is recharged to a certain point)

In the app set how long you would like to rest, a stress level and/or a body battery level. After you have rested for a least the min-time and your stress-level drops to the set target level or your body battery reaches the set target level, the watch will notify you.
Also whenever the max-time is reached the watch will notify you, regardless of the stress level and body battery.

After the nap, you can save the nap and see some details of it in the connect IQ app, for that press the GPS button on the summary page after the nap.
In connect IQ you will see a 2 sec activity that is called  "Nap Report" and in the details you will find
    1. duration of the nap 
    2. start stress before the nap
    3. end stress after the nap
    4. max stress during the period 
    5. min stress during the period
    6. start body battery before the nap
    7. end body battery  after the nap
    8. max body battery  during the period 
    9. min body battery  during the period

Nap till rested (a power nap app)

Mit dieser App kannst du:
- (power)Naps machen oder dich einfach entspannen ohne in der Tiefschlaf zu fallen
- benachrichtigt werden wenn du dich genug ausgeruht hast und wieder bereit bist produktiv zu sein
- die Effektivität deiner Massagen messen (installiere die App auf der Uhr deines Partners und versprich sie/ihn zu massieren bis die Body-Battery einen bestimmtes Level erreicht)

Stell ein wie lange du dich mindestens und maximal ausruhen willst und bis zu welchen Stresslevel du runterkommen möchtest oder welchen Body-Battery Level du erreichen möchtest. Wenn die Mindestzeit verstrichen ist, dein Stresslevel unter die gesetzte Marke gesunken ist oder deine Body-Battery sich bis auf die gesetzte Marke erholt hat, weckt die App dich wieder auf. Nach Ablauf der Maximalzeit weckt die App dich auf jeden Fall auf.

Nach dem Nickerchen kann ein kurzer Report in der Connect IQ App gespeichert werden. Um den Report zu speichern drücke die GPS Taste in der Zusammenfassungsansicht nach dem Nap.
In der Connect-IQ App erscheint dann eine Aktivität die nur zwei Sekunden lang ist und „Nap Report“ heißt. In den Details siehst du:
    1. Dauer des Naps
    2. Stresslevel zu Beginn des Naps
    3. Stresslevel am Ende des Naps
    4. den niedrigsten Stresslevel während der Zeit
    5. den höchsten Stresslevel während der Zeit
    6. Body-Battery Level zu Beginn des Naps
    7. Body-Battery Level am Ende des Naps
    8. den niedrigsten Body-Battery Level während der Zeit
    9. den höchsten Body-Battery Level während der Zeit
