### Description
TS Zone2 Coach helps you run in Zone 2 (easy aerobic). It reads the running heart rate zones from your watch and shows at a glance whether you are in Zone 2, above or below.

■ Screen
- Top arc: heart rate zones Z1 to Z5 (Zone 2 is the wide green band from 10 to 2 o'clock), needle = current heart rate. Zone 2 limits at both ends of the green band (e.g. 112 / 130)
- Big heart rate (no unit): green inside Zone 2, orange-red above, blue below
- Coaching pill: Ease off a little +6 / A bit faster -7 / Almost over / Warming up / Walking
- Two values at the bottom: Kept % (share of running time in Zone 2) | current cadence (the longest streak is on the summary screen after you stop the timer)
- On AMOLED watches: 3D bands, glowing number and glass panels (MIP watches get the same layout, drawn flat)

■ Coaching alerts
- Out of Zone 2 for 10 seconds: big message for 3 seconds + one vibration, then every 30 seconds while still out
- Early warning when your heart rate climbs fast near the top of Zone 2
- Warm-up: no "A bit faster" until you reach Zone 2 for the first time, then "Zone 2 reached"
- No alerts in the first minute of the activity (traffic lights, crowds at the start)
- A short vibration when you come back into Zone 2 after an alert
- Walking (run/walk), stops and auto pause pause the coaching and the time counts

■ How to use
1. Running activity - Settings - Data Screens - a one-field layout - Connect IQ - TS Zone2 Coach (in a multi-field layout you get the heart rate and a bar; alerts flash the border with a short text).
2. Check your running heart rate zones on the watch (Zone 2 = zone 1 top + 1 to zone 2 top). You can also enter Zone 2 yourself in the phone settings.
3. Start the timer and run. When you stop the timer you get today's Zone 2 summary (kept %, longest streak, time above and below).

■ Garmin Connect fields (Connect IQ section of the activity)
- Time in Zone 2 (%) — share of running time
- Longest Zone 2 streak (min)
- Time above Zone 2 / Time below Zone 2 (min)
- HR outside Zone 2 (chart, bpm: 0 inside, + above, - below)
- Lap time in Zone 2 (% per lap)

■ Settings (Connect IQ phone app)
Zone 2 range (watch zones / custom), vibrate on coaching alerts, alerts on other data screens (off by default), language (auto / 8 languages)

■ Notes
- Running means faster than about 11:07 per km and cadence of 120 spm or more (cadence only when there is no speed).
- Wrist heart rate can lag or spike with movement; a chest strap is more accurate (a strap icon shows when one is connected).
- For wellness reference only, not a medical device.
