Name: Brickwise - Triathlon and duathlon
Author: ThijsGer

Brickwise records a whole triathlon, duathlon or aquathlon as one activity on watches that have no multisport profile, such as the Venu, vivoactive and Forerunner 55 or 165. Every leg and both transitions get their own lap, so your swim, T1, bike, T2 and run splits are all in Garmin Connect.

Pick a format, set your swim pace, bike speed, run pace and transition times, and Brickwise shows the planned finish. During the race it notices transitions by itself: it buzzes, and you confirm with START or cancel with BACK. The START button always moves to the next leg straight away. One big number per leg, your expected finish and how far you are ahead of or behind your plan.

WHAT IT DOES
- Formats: super sprint, sprint, Olympic, 70.3, aquathlon, duathlon sprint and standard, plus custom distances and order
- Race plan per leg from pace, speed and transition times, with the planned finish
- Automatic transition detection from GPS speed and step rhythm, with a buzz and a confirm or cancel window
- Manual lap button as override at any moment; the touchscreen is locked during the race by default
- Open water GPS smoothing: jumps are filtered out and gaps are bridged, so the swim distance is not lost
- Live expected finish time, ahead or behind your plan, and the clock time you will finish
- Saved as one multisport activity with a lap per leg plus leg, distance and time fields, never as plain running
- Results summary with transition times, the last ten races and a race-day countdown
- Five languages, metric or imperial, and a glance with days to race day and your last result

WHAT IT NEEDS
- A watch with GPS; heart rate is recorded by the watch itself
- Brickwise must stay open during the race
- Detection suggests transitions; check the confirm buzz and use the lap button when needed

Brickwise - Triathlon and duathlon

WHAT IT DOES

WHAT IT NEEDS

WHAT IT DOES

WHAT IT NEEDS

WHAT IT DOES

WHAT IT NEEDS

WHAT IT DOES

WHAT IT NEEDS
