Three Training Modes

1. Square Breathing
A balanced breathing cycle: INHALE → HOLD → EXHALE → HOLD
- Adjustable phase duration (1-600 seconds per phase)
- Independent timing for each of the 4 phases
- Perfect for relaxation and breath control practice
- Real-time session timer

2. CO2 Table
Build CO2 tolerance with decreasing rest periods:
- 8 rounds of breath holds with fixed hold time
- Rest periods progressively decrease (2:00 → 0:30)
- Skip rest feature for advanced users (DOWN button)
- Starts with 15-second preparation phase
- Automatic progression through all rounds

3. O2 Table
Increase maximum breath hold capacity:
- 8 rounds with progressively longer holds (35% → 80% of your Best Hold Time)
- Fixed 2-minute rest periods between rounds
- Starts with 15-second preparation phase
- Tracks your progression automatically

How to Use

Square Breathing:
1. Select "Square Breathing" from menu
2. Use UP/DOWN to adjust each phase duration (+/-1 second)
3. Press ENTER to reset cycle
4. BACK returns to menu

CO2/O2 Tables:
1. Go to Settings → Set your Best Hold Time (UP/DOWN: ±10 seconds)
2. Press START to save
3. Select CO2 or O2 Table from menu
4. Review the training table (8 rounds displayed)
5. Press START to begin (works from any preview position)
6. Follow on-screen guidance through Prepare → Hold → Rest cycles
7. In CO2 mode: press DOWN to skip rest and proceed to next hold
8. BACK returns to menu anytime

Controls:
- UP/DOWN: Adjust duration
- START: Confirm/Begin training
- BACK: Return to menu (only exits app from main menu)
- DOWN (CO2 only): Skip rest period

Training Tips

For CO2 Tables:
Start with Best Hold Time at 50-60% of your maximum comfortable hold. Focus on staying relaxed during holds while CO2 builds up.

For O2 Tables:
Set Best Hold Time to your maximum comfortable hold. The holds will progressively challenge your O2 capacity. Take full advantage of the 2-minute rest periods.

For Square Breathing:
Begin with equal 4-second phases for relaxation. Gradually increase duration as comfort improves. This mode is excellent for pre-training warm-up.
