The Interval Training App Professional 2 focuses on interval training and shows you key parameters like interval info, speed, pace, distance, etc. with high sensitivity GPS. Additionally an ANT+™ compatible sensor for heart rate, cadence, speed and food pod monitoring is supported. 

An Interval Training App Professional 1 is available with a similar feature set. The main reason behind that is that you can have different interval user settings in both apps in order to avoid complex reconfiguration all the time. Here a link to the other app with the same registration key:

A fully functional FREE VERSION is available with a basic feature set. This allows you to intensively test the program on your Garmin device before upgrading to the PREMIUM Version with more advanced features. Please note that most of the configuration changes DO NOT APPLY on the watch in the FREE version.
