This app shows several information in only one data field. 
To use it, choose a screen in your activity, edit data fields, choose 1 data field layout, go to connect data fields, choose app "AllIn5Field".

Features:

- Configurable Max heart rate. Default value is calculated with user age, using formula: 208 -(0.7*age).

- 7 configurable heart rate zones:
  - Less than zone 2 percentage (WUP - Warm UP).
  - 60% to 65%  (REC - Recovery)
  - 65% to 75%  (FAT - Burn fat/Aerobic)
  - 75% to 82%  (END - Endurance)
  - 82% to 89%  (LAT - Lactate threshold)
  - 89% to 94%  (VO2 - VO2Max)
  - Above 94%     (MAX - Maximum effort)
  
- Use Reserve heart rate Karvonen or Maximum heart rate. If configured resting heart rate greater than zero, uses Reserve else Maximum heart rate
    
- Define target cadence, target speed/pace, or/and target heart rate zone, to use in comparison for the color scheme.
    
- Top line scroll: 
  -Distance
  -Calories
  -Total Ascend/Elevation/Total descend
  -Targets
  
- Middle line shows:
  -Average Cadence and Instant Cadence
  -Average Speed/Pace and Instant Speed/Pace (scroll each 10sec). Configurable, speed/pace/scroll.
  -HR Zone and Heart rate per minute/percentage (scroll each 5sec). Configurable, BPM/%HR/scroll.
  -Average heart rate/percentage (scroll each 5sec) and Average HR zone. Configurable, BPM/%HR/scroll.
  
- Bottom line scroll each 5sec:
  -Timer
  -Elapsed time
  -Time in current HR zone
  -Time of day

- You can choose which values to scroll in top and bottom field  

- Color scheme in the middle line, for pace, speed, cadence:
  - Red: 10% bellow current average/target
  - Yellow: 5% to 10% bellow current average/target
  - No color: 4.99% bellow or above current average/target
  - Green: 5% above current average/target
  
- Color scheme in the middle line, for heart rate and average heart rate:
  - Green: Heart rate in zone 1 or 2
  - No color: Heart rate in zone 3, 4 or 5
  - Yellow: Heart rate in zone 6
  - Red: Heart rate in zone 7
  
- Color schemes available: No color, text field color, fill field color
  
- Background in black, white or app color
  
- Show message "Choose another field!", if layout isn't ok.  

- If no speed value is available, it can calculate speed and distance with cadence (Spinning bikes).
