Overview
This system tracks and predicts your sweat loss during endurance activities such as cycling and running. Using machine learning, it analyses workout data, environmental conditions, and personal physiology to display real-time hydration insights directly on your Garmin watch.

How It Works
- Displays real-time fluid loss estimates on your watch face

How to Get Started
1. Install the Fluid Loss Tracker app on your Garmin device
2. Visit https://fluidloss.info and download the companion app from the iOS App Store or Google Play Store (Beta)
3. Open the app and select your Garmin device from the dropdown
4. Wait for device connection confirmation (usually under 30 seconds)
5. Press "Start Tracking" in the app or enable auto-start in the options menu
6. Begin your activity on the Garmin device
7. Swipe to the Fluid Loss page to monitor real-time predictions during your workout
