▶Intensity minutes:

▶ Customization:
Go to Settings on the IQ app for the watch face.
Both Steps and Weekly Intensity min goals can be modified in the Connect App.

The animation sometimes might seem to stutter a bit due to technical limits of the platform. 
I will keep trying to find ways to make it loop more fluid.
