This DataField shows % HeartRate (calculated with RestingHeartRate and MaxHeartRate), Cadence (steps/min)  and Pace (min/km or min/mile), and paints the background with the zone color. 

Also you can see Time and Distance with background color depending of the Training Effect.

You can configure the values for HR, and Pace Zones, Cadence zones are Garmin Standards

The default values are:
% HR: Zone 1=50, Zone 2=60, Zone 3=70, Zone 4=80, Zone 5=90
Cadence (steps/min): Zone 1=153, Zone 2=163, Zone 3=173, Zone 4=183, Zone 5=193
Pace (min/km or min/mile): Zone 1=10, Zone 2=7, Zone 3=6, Zone 4=5, Zone 5=4

The zone colors are:
Zone 1 : Magenta, Zone 2 : Blue, Zone 3 : Green, Zone 4 : Orange, Zone 5 : Red

This datafield needs new Firmwares to Support IQ 1.3, You should be able to to show 1 data fields per screen.

On your watch choose a sport, press menu and set the screen to show one data field, then set that datafield to JEGC_HR_CAD_PACE_W_Z_VA. Look at your manual about adding data fields if you're not sure how to do this, and then be sure at set the screen to show 1 data field
