Answers to frequently asked questions:

- If you're from a country where garmin doesn't support app purchases, try using a VPN to forward your internet connection. 
- If the application cannot be updated, It should be enough to uninstall the app and then you will see the option to purchase
- If downloading using the Connect IQ mobile app doesn't work, try downloading using your computer and Garmin Express
- Sometimes it takes Garmin up to 24 hours to process an order and allow the app to install
- If the mobile phone app writes an error when verifying the payment card, try using a web browser and inserting the payment card here
- Once you've bought a watch face, all future updates are free. If you can exchange your watch for another, that's not a problem either. I try to release updates for new Garmin products as well, and the watch face license is transferable to all supported watches on your user account.

Garmin offers a refund option for apps sold through its payment gateway within 48 hours of purchase if you are not satisfied with the app

How to rufund?
1. Select your profile icon in the upper left.
2. Select Purchases.
3. Select the app you want to refund.
4. Select Report a Problem.
5. Select Request a Refund.
6. Enter in the details on the reason for your refund request.
7. Select Next.
8. Select Submit.
