Every strength app on your watch treats the deadlift as one of many. This one
treats it as the whole subject — and the depth shows up in the places a
three-lift app can never afford screen space for.

Eleven variations, all anchored to one number.
Conventional, sumo, trap-bar, Romanian, stiff-leg, deficit, rack pull, block
pull, paused, tempo and snatch-grip are first-class lifts here, each carrying its
own percentage of your tested 1RM. Test your pull once and every prescription in
the app lands at the right weight on its own — an RDL at 65 %, a deficit at 88 %,
a rack pull at 110 % — floored to the nearest 2.5 kg / 5 lb so a set never
overshoots. Change your stance and every percentage in the app re-anchors.

Where does the bar stall?
Answer that one question — floor, below the knee, lockout, grip, or "nothing,
I just want more" — and the app prescribes a matching six-week block:

- Floor → Off-the-Floor Block: deficit pulls 5×3 at 70→80 %, paused pulls,
  front squats, snatch-grip
- Below knee → Position Block: tempo pulls 4×4 at 65→72 %, RDLs, rows, back
  extensions
- Lockout → Lockout Block: block pulls 5×3 at 85→100 %, rack pulls, hip
  thrusts, heavy holds
- Grip → Grip Block: double-overhand pulls at 70 %, bar holds to failure,
  farmer carries
- General → Volume Block: 5×5 at 70→80 %

When the block finishes it asks you again, because the answer usually changed.

A real grip module.
Grip is what actually ends most deadlift sets, and nothing else on the Store
tracks it. Timed bar holds and farmer carries with their own personal bests, a
Grip Day session, grip challenges, and every working set carries its grip mode
— double overhand, hook or mixed — so a strap-free block is something you can
actually plan and review.

A recovery guard that speaks up first.
Start a heavy pull within 48 hours of your last one, or go past your weekly
heavy-pull allowance, and a warning card comes up before the session does. It is
advice, not a lock — dismiss it and pull anyway if that is the plan.
