Workout-induced sweating can result in substantial loss of water, glucose, potassium, and sodium from the body.
1.Sweat Rate: An indicator reflecting the physiological intensity of exercise.
2.Sodium lon Concentration: An important indicator of body hydration, reflecting the body's water retention.
3.Potassium lon Concentration: A marker of the body's muscle status.
4.Glucose Concentration: An indicator of body energy metabolism,directly impacting the fatigue process.

Without an accurate monitor for Glucose, potassium, and sodium loss, hydration is a hit or miss guessing game.


Before your workouts, Attach the sweat patch to the device, remembering to press for a few seconds to reinforce, and then add the AbsolutSweat data fields in Garmin watch or code table and this connects AbsolutSweat sensor. Finally, attach the assembly (patch and device) to the front chest.
