Features include:

1. Hydration, Exercise, Relaxation, Food, Supplements/Medication, and Walking tracking.
2. Customizable name, units of measure (e.g. ml, oz, scoops, sets, reps etc.), and measure size.
3. Auto increase hydration goal based on activity levels.
4. Automatic alerts every 1, 2, 3 and 4 hours if behind schedule or always during the day.
5 Set up to 8 manual alerts at 15 minute intervals to fit your schedule.
6. If tracking a single reminder, the main glance in the glance list/carousel will show that one item only making it easier to track.

By default, Hydration is enabled, but please configure the reminders you need once installed.
