This watchface features key data for monitoring and evaluating your health. A health score is calculated from your cardiorespiratory, activity level, BMI (and in the PRO version, average stress & sleep) for a total of up to 5 factors. It provides some of the health/fitness rating functionality of my FitRate app in a watchface.  It is the first and presently only Garmin watchface that displays Garmin sleep, HRV and 24 hour stress metrics.

* Yesterday's and 7 day average sleep hours and sleep score (requires an intervals.icu account linked to your Garmin Connect account) (May not be supported on older watch models)
* Average stress and sleep is included in the health score calculation (for a total of 5 factors)
