WHAT YOU GET
- 410 affirmations and classic quotes, written to be read in five seconds.
- 10 themes: Morning, Confidence, Calm, Gratitude, Resilience, Training, Focus, Kindness, Evening and Wisdom (quotes from Marcus Aurelius, Seneca, Lao Tzu and others). Mix them all, or pick one theme for a while.
- Daily reminder at the hour you set. The prompt shows the affirmation itself.
- Favourites: SELECT saves a line, and Settings > Favourites reads them back.
- Day streak, so a small habit stays visible.
- Glance: today's line in the glance loop on watches that support it.
- Text size: Small, Normal or Large. The card fits the largest font that reads well on your screen, from a 176px Instinct to a 454px fenix 8.

CONTROLS
UP/DOWN or swipe: another affirmation. START or tap: save to favourites. MENU (touch and hold on watches without a MENU button): theme, reminder, text size, favourites. BACK: exit.

GOOD TO KNOW
The reminder uses Garmin's background prompt: it appears at the set hour with the text and a button that opens the app. It is skipped while an activity is recording. Vibration follows your watch's own alert settings.
