this screen is fully customizable (with full version you can alternate colors. not in trial version)

for changing settings
 
1) via garmin express or via garmin connect on your phone (bluetooth must be on before this operation)
2) start   garmin connect or garmin express
3) manage applications, select watch face...

this is a trial version with limited functionnality. if you want after testing the watch face, you can obtain a license for a full version. in this case you must make a donation

for heart function the watch takes a reading every couple minutes. it is not a real time of your heart rate
