Name: 30 second max Power/Cadence

This displays the maximum power and cadence over past 30 seconds (configurable).  It will also give an alarm if you go over a set threshold for each power and cadence.
It's a running cadence, but won't repeat the alarm during your set interval. So if your power threshold is 800w and you go over it, you'll get the alarm.  But the alarm won't be repeated during the next 30 seconds.
It uses the running power and cadence, so at any point in time, it uses the max value from 30 seconds up to "Now".
In addition to the alarm, the display turns yellow anytime the max value is showing greater than your set threshold.

settings:
  interval (defaults to 30 seconds)
  Power Threshold (defaults to 800 w)
  Cadence Threshold (defaults to 120rpm)

Additional displayed data (note this is usually small enough you won't be able to see while riding).
  remaining time since current max was hit - yellow bar - gets smaller, to zero, as the timeout is reached
  current timeout setting
  current power and cadence threshold
  number of alerts for each power and cadence have been seen (note updating settings will return this to zero)
