This widget displays any user selected time zones including the local time zone.  All times are daylight savings time (DST) adjusted, unlike other multi-time zone apps on the Garmin store.  A (free) time zone API key is required from ipgeolocation.io. Once time zone data has been acquired via the internet this is remembered for use later in case bluetooth communication is not available.  As long as there has not been a DST change since the last data acquisition the times will be correct.

# FEATURES
* 12 or 24 hour time format
* Displays local time zone + 3 additional time zones
* All times are DST adjusted
* Set time zone using country name, city name, or latitude, longitude (in decimal degrees).  You can differentiate between cities of the same name by specifying the country and city together.  For example "London, Ontario" and "London, UK" specifies different time zones for 2 cities both named London. You can test the look up of the time zone on this page: https://ipgeolocation.io/timezone-api.html
* Displays UTC if UTC is entered for the location
* Displays official time zone name (the last part of the IANA timezone name)
* Handles 30 and 45 minute UTC offset time zones as well as UTC+13 and UTC+14 time zones
* Option to display or hide seconds

* Up to 7 customizable time zones (Press the UP or DOWN button or tap the screen to switch between the first 4 and second 4 time zones)
* Displays date (If the timezone is in the previous day compared to your local time zone, the date will appear in red. If the timezone is in the next day compared to your local time zone, the date will appear in blue.)
* Selectable date format
* Daylight savings time (DST) in effect indicator
* Displays when DST next starts or ends in the local time zone (if DST observed)
* Customizable location names (normally location names are the IANA timezone name obtained from ipgeolocation.io, but you can set a custom name to override this)
