FEATURES

HOW IT WORKS
1. Create a routine or start a quick workout in the Rack iOS app
2. Open Rack on your Garmin watch
3. Your watch syncs automatically over Bluetooth
4. Log sets from your phone or confirm them on your watch
5. Workout saves as a native Garmin activity

TOUCH & BUTTON CONTROLS                                                                                                                                   Every screen works with physical buttons (Select, Up, Down, Back).             
Touch-screen devices also support tap and swipe gestures:                                                                                                 
• Exercise View: Tap to log set, swipe left/right between exercises                                                                                       
• Rest Timer: Tap to skip rest, swipe up/down to add/subtract 15s                                                                                         
• Set Confirm: Tap weight or reps to focus, drag to adjust                                                                                                
All gestures are configurable per-screen from the settings menu.

TOUCH GESTURES (touch-screen devices)                                                                                                                     
• Tap anywhere to log a set or skip rest - no tiny buttons                                                                                                
• Swipe left/right to navigate between exercises                                                                                                          
• Swipe up/down to adjust rest timer (±15 seconds)                                                                                                        
• Drag up/down on Set Confirm to adjust weight or reps                                                                                                    
• All gestures configurable per-screen - disable what you don't want                                                                                      
• Physical buttons always work as backup
