O5 Timer

The on-person stage timer for PRS, NRL, and shooting sports.

O5 Timer turns your Garmin watch into a quiet, repeatable countdown clock you can run from your wrist between stages — no phone, no spotter, no fumbling. Set your par time, arm it, and go. The watch handles the rest with crisp tones and haptics so you can keep your eyes on the gear.

Features

One-button par timer. Pick any time from a clean M:SS picker, arm with a press, and start. The big readout is easy to read in bright daylight at arm's length.

Custom alarms. Build your own alarm schedule, right on the watch. Add as many alarms as you want; each has its own time, tone, beep count (1–10), and vibration. The Alarms menu mirrors Garmin's native Alarms app, so it feels familiar from the first tap.

6-tone palette. Choose from Alarm, Alert High, Alert Low, Interval, Key Beep, or Loud Beep per alarm. Preview any tone instantly while editing.

Final Countdown. Per-second ticks for the last 5 or 10 seconds before zero, with an independent haptics toggle. On by default at 10 seconds with haptics — exactly what you want when the clock is closing.

Expired alarm. Configure the tone, beep count, and vibration that fire when the timer hits zero so the end-of-stage cue is unmistakable.

Shake to arm (optional). Hands-on-gear ready? Flip the auto-arm switch and a quick shake arms the next run.

Quiet, predictable, and offline. No connectivity required, no background activity, no companion app needed.
