Stargazer turns your Garmin watch into a glanceable stargazing companion. Open the app from your wrist and see exactly what's worth looking up for tonight - no phone, no setup, no scrolling through a
six-page weather report.

The briefing screen shows:

- Today's sunset, astronomical-darkness start, and tomorrow's sunrise in your local solar time
- The current moon phase as a vector glyph plus illumination percentage and tonight's moonrise/moonset
- Which of Venus, Mars, Jupiter, and Saturn are above the horizon at civil dusk and bright enough to see naked-eye
- The next visible ISS pass in the upcoming 24 hours - start time, rough direction, and a brightness word so you know whether to bother going outside
- An aurora visibility hint when NOAA's Kp forecast crosses your local geographic-latitude threshold
- A "shower active" headline when a major annual meteor shower (Perseids, Geminids, Quadrantids, etc.) is at peak
- A cloud-cover note on the dark-sky headline (clear / some cloud /  cloudy) so you know whether tonight is actually worth going out for
- A "best night this week" nudge pointing you to the darkest,  least-moonlit, clearest night ahead when tonight isn't the one

Press start/select to drill into a week-ahead event list: dark-sky windows, upcoming ISS passes, lunar eclipses inside the next 7 days, shower peak nights, and aurora forecasts.

Press the menu button for the Sky Pointer: a live compass arrow that shows which way to turn - and how high to look - to find the Moon, a visible planet, or the ISS overhead. Cycle targets with up/down.

Background notifications (optional, per-class toggleable) wake your watch when an ISS pass starts within 10-20 minutes, when an aurora event looks plausible at your latitude, or when a major meteor shower
hits its peak night - so you don't have to remember to check.

Data sources:
- ISS orbit elements from Celestrak (live, refreshed daily)
- Aurora Kp forecast from NOAA Space Weather Prediction Center
- Cloud-cover forecast from Open-Meteo (for the observing-conditions hint and the best-night ranking)er
- Sun, moon, and planet positions computed locally from Meeus's  Astronomical Algorithms (no network required)
