RevDay Pro is not a GPS speedometer: it does not measure speed or pace.

RevDay Pro is a watch face with a speedometer-style dial. One long needle shows how far your day has come: steps toward your daily step goal, by default. The goal sits at the top of the dial, and the dial keeps reading up to twice the goal. Past that, a small ×2, ×3 mark counts the laps. The exact number is always shown, and the time is the largest text on the face.

Choose what the needle shows: steps, heart rate, intensity minutes (this week, against your weekly goal), floors climbed, watch battery, Body Battery or Stress. Pick an accent colour for the needle from a longer list of colours (not on black-and-white screens). Time and date follow your watch, including 12 or 24 hours.

Two small gauges: a fuel gauge of five bars at the right of the dial (a small arc on black-and-white screens) shows Body Battery, Garmin's own reading from your watch, or the watch battery or stress, as you choose; the other shows a source you choose: steps, heart rate, intensity minutes, floors climbed, watch battery or stress.

The needle shows where you are, never whether that is good: no verdict words, and nothing changes colour at any reading. Body Battery and Stress are numbers on a dial, nothing more.

Some readings need a watch that records them: floors climbed need a watch that counts floors, and Body Battery and Stress need a watch that records them. Where your watch cannot give a reading, RevDay Pro says so, in words or with "--", and never shows a different one in its place. Heart rate is your watch's latest reading, updated about every minute or two, not live. In wheelchair mode, Steps follows your pushes against your push goal on watches that have Garmin's pushes count.

RevDay Pro is a separate listing from RevDay, with its own price: one purchase, no subscription.

An original dial, not modelled on any car maker's instruments. Not made or endorsed by Garmin.

If this face works for you, a rating in the store helps other people find it.

RevDay Pro asks for one permission, to read Body Battery and, on older watches, stress from your watch's history. It reads only the newest value, keeps it in memory and never stores it. Everything else comes from data your watch already has. Nothing is sent anywhere: no location, no network.

RevDay Pro

RevDay Pro
