What is Ozmo? 
Ozmo is a complete system designed to help you achieve a greater level of wellness.

With ability to measure and record both your water and coffee consumption, the smart bottle and companion app track your progress throughout the day to help you reach your hydration goals. 

So you’ll know whether that 4pm latte is a good idea, or how much you should drink after that 5-mile bike ride.

With Ozmo you can go about your day feeling healthy and energized, wherever you go, whatever you do.

Setup

Download Ozmo Hydration widget from Garmin Connect IQ Store
Install and start widget for the first time
You will get notification to authenticate on Garmin Connect

Download the Ozmo App from App Store
Link your Ozmo App to your Garmin watch in “Settings/ADD DEVICE/TRACKERS”

Please note that Ozmo Hydration widget (available on Garmin CIQ) is different from the Ozmo App (Available on App Store)
The Ozmo App and Widget works best with Ozmo Smart Bottle available at www.ozmo.io.

How to use:
Drink water from Ozmo bottle and directly track your hydration on your watch (Mobile/App free)
Get your weekly hydration summary and have full insights when are you achieving and missing out on hydration
If you don’t have an ozmo Bottle you can manually log your daily consumption.
